Biography
Parham Aledavood is a PhD candidate in Literature and Digital Humanities at Université de Montréal. He earned the Multilingual Master in Linguistics and Literary Studies (English) at VUB in 2021. Co-supervised by Prof. Elisabeth Bekers and Prof. Janine Hauthal, his master's thesis on generational memories in the fiction of Bernardine Evaristo has won the MUMA Award for Literary Studies (2021) and the Herman Servotte Prize (2022). His current research focuses on a computational analysis of trauma in contemporary novels of migration.
