On Monday 20 January, CLIC was pleased to host 15 researchers from CEREP (Centre for Teaching and Research in Postcolonial Studies), its partner research group at the University of Liège, at USquare (VUB). The event provided an opportunity to discuss potential avenues for collaboration and explore funding opportunities for various research projects. While CLIC and CEREP share several key research interests, such as postcolonialism, multilingualism, and literary translation, the day also served as a platform for both groups to consider tangible collaboration possibilities, including joint publications, postdoc applications, conference organisation, and securing FWO and/or FNRS funding.
